Made from PP (Polypropylene), which is resistant to strong acids and alkalis and resistant to deformation.
When compared to randomly woven demister meshes, a higher proportion of the mesh structure in the demister aligned perpendicularly to the airflow leads to greater collection efficiency at the same flow velocity. This also effectively reduces pressure drop, minimizes energy consumption, and allows large-diameter fibers to maximize resistance against fouling.
Easy to clean and can be reused.
PP material offers superior corrosion resistance, has a distributed elastic strength, can withstand higher pressure and pressure drop, is lightweight, and is easier to install.
