An equipment designed for the physical separation of mist and liquid from airflow‭.‬

Gecomat®‭ ‬consists of HDPP‭ (‬monofilament‭) ‬single-fiber three-dimensional cones with directional structures‭, ‬making almost all fibers nearly perpendicular to the airflow direction‭. ‬This effectively removes mist and liquid droplets from the airflow‭. ‬The cone structure facilitates the collision of small mist droplets in the airflow‭, ‬forming larger droplets‭. ‬By combining three-dimensional cone‭ ‬structures of different pore sizes and wire diameters into a 3D fabric‭, ‬it is suitable for various environments and applications‭.‬

Green Eco Control Catalyst Technology

Our Green Eco Control Catalyst Technology involves the fusion of functional agents through melt spinning within each individual‭ ‬fiber‭, ‬without the need for coatings‭. ‬This ensures that the functionality of the material remains unaffected even after washing‭.‬

Made from PP‭ (‬Polypropylene‭), ‬which is resistant to strong acids and alkalis and resistant to deformation‭.‬

When compared to randomly woven demister meshes‭, ‬a higher proportion of the mesh structure in the demister aligned perpendicularly to the airflow leads to greater collection efficiency at the same flow velocity‭. ‬This also effectively reduces pressure drop‭,‬‭ ‬minimizes energy consumption‭, ‬and allows large-diameter fibers to maximize resistance against fouling‭.‬
